These are the ones that came out as inserts in the 2008 topps regular packs. They have a red border and feature the two candidates that ran for president that term. I have these 8 so far: HCM-1792, -1868, -1892, -1916, -1928, -1948, -1988, -1992. I have a lot of baseball inserts, some numbered and refractors so let me know what you have and what you want. will trade to your advantage if you have multiple cards. thanks Ron
